In September 2020, KES International held a virtual international conference, KES 2020, using the KES ONLINE Platform. The conference was a success having invited speakers and many parallel sessions, online.
The online platform was remarkably good and the online presentations were just as good as they would be physical presentations. With the chat function, it was possible to ask questions during the presentations. Also, in the end of each presentation, questions could be asked directly to the presenter.
The organisation provided all the support we needed without requiring time or effort from me. Also, I could completely rely on the organisation’s skills and they professionally delivered the support in time and without delays.
As chair, I could do my job without troubles. The organisation, with Faye and Jonathan, enabled me to do my job, professionally and efficiently and all my sessions were successful. From my point of view, this virtual international conference was held as it was a physical one and the team did a fantastic job.
